New Framework 13 Screen: Any ideas on if it will be good for digital art?

So I’ve been getting into drawing recently, and as neat as the FW12 looks for digital art, I have a FW13 and don’t really want to buy a completely separate device for my hobby if I can avoid it. Today’s announcement about the FW13 Pro had a lot of interesting developments, but what intrigues me the most is the new screen, specifically regarding the touch capabilities: https://frame.work/products/laptop13pro-display-kit

What I would really like to know: does this upgraded screen have stylus support like the FW12 display? Also, would it be feasible then to use my FW13 for digital art (even if I may have to use it at odd angles) if I upgrade to the new screen? I know it’s likely too early to tell given that the screen isn’t yet available, but if anybody has input regarding the new screen I’d love to hear about it!

Edit: I went ahead and emailed support to ask directly about stylus support and will update here as soon as I hear back!

Message from support:

“The Framework Laptop 13 Pro Touchscreen supports touch input but does not currently support stylus input. Like other Framework Laptop 13 models, it opens with a maximum hinge angle of 180 degrees and is not designed for pen or convertible-style use.”

Disappointed, but it is what it is.

I’d be curious to know if supporting styluses in future is simply a matter of a software update or if these will be incompatible entirely

Based on what I read about drawing tablets and stylus support yesterday, it sounded like it’s a hardware thing since different styluses use different digitizer standards or something. I’d have to read up on it more to give a better explanation though.
