I just received my Batch 5 FW 13 2.8K Ryzen 7 order. However, I could not find a Framework “cool” or similar patch anywhere in the box. 
Did Framework stop sending those out, was mine missed, or have I missed it? If you have any info on whether you got one with a recent order, that would be appreciated.

Did you purchase the device while it was in preorder? I believe the patch is provided only for preorders.
You can check your order information to see if they added a free patch. If they did but didn’t send it, you can contact Framework Support for a replacement if you really want it. Framework support is quite busy, so if you do not think it’s worth the hassle then don’t.
Mine was tucked in some of the boxes in the bottom of the box. The stickers atleast
