With the announcement, considering the desktop case, making an offical adapter to use the FW13 Boards on the ITX case would be very popular I think. Maybe even a kit to power the board from the same PSU and to connect to the front panel.

The Framework 13 mainboard is roughly 230mm wide, the Framework desktop is Mini-ITX form factor, which is only 170×170mm large. So the Framework 13 mainboard wouldn’t fit inside the desktop case.
True. Oversight on my part. A smallish case + kit that could fit those boards seamlessly would be nice
Don’t they already have this in the market place? It is known as a Coolermaster case. As sold by Framework in their store.
Not really. I am talking more of a kit that lets you convert it to something that works and acts like a desktop. I have used the cool master case and that is not the use case at all. it sort of turns the board into a thin client mount on the back of a monitor type. And if you are plugging peripheral it is inconvenient.
With the size closer to ITX or mATX better cooling etc. more than the case or cooling I guess a way to power it off a PSU.
Anyway, maybe I should just start my own DIY project and see if it catches on.
