I recently had my Intel 12th gen mainboard die and replaced it with a 7640U mainboard. Since replacing the mainboard suspend to hibernate no longer works. Looking at the logs I see this:
May 12 22:02:07 Framework systemd-sleep[20996]: System returned from sleep operation 'suspend-then-hibernate'.
May 12 22:02:07 Framework systemd[1]: anacron.service - Run anacron jobs was skipped because of an unmet condition check (ConditionACPower=true).

Any ideas on how to fix this?
EDIT
I figured it out. I needed to disable Secure Boot on the new mainboard.
