No Framework board to date has a USB4v2 controller.
But also would not matter, Inter-Domain works the same in USB4v1 and USB4v2. USB4Net has not changed. Just USB4 80G controllers have a higher link width and are mandated to support symmetric links (that does not mean USB4v2 == USB4 80G), which is not required for Inter-domain USB4 connections at 20G or 40G speeds. But again, no Framework board has that.
All that said, all the USB4 controllers are built into the CPU. It works. You get the performance that those controllers achieve. AMD USB4 controllers seem significantly TX bandwidth limited (specifically in Inter-domain uses). I can see ~23 Gbit/s from my Intel 12th gen to a AMD Strix Point board (but only ~9 Gbit/s in the reverse direction) just to give an example.
Sidestepping USB4Net you can get more out of it, but that AMD chipsets seem to be challenged in the TX department will likely not change. And symmetric Inter-domain only started working for me a few weeks ago. Before that it was always single-lane / 20G max. Not that AMD USB 4 controllers seem to have a chance to saturate that sending.
