[RESPONDED] Wont sleep on linux

I have had my Framework 13 Factory Seconds for 2 weeks and everything was working fine until today. I installed KDE Neon on it and installed fprint and keylightd for keyboard backlight control. I googled around to try to find a answer but no luck, from what I read it might have something to do with usb3. Below is my lsusb and lspci. To try to explain what happens, When I sleep it the screen goes to the lock screen then turns off the screen for a second. Then it turns back like nothing happened.

(I’m new here btw)

Hi @Awashcard0 , Welcome to the community.

can you try rebooting again, then try to put it to sleep via menu. Then let’s get the journal log?

journalctl -b 0

let’s see what could be happening under the hood.

cheers!

I reinstalled kde neon and it sleeps now but now the fingerprint reader does not work. Before I reinstalled I got this dmesg usb usb3: pm: failed to suspend async: error -16

I got the journalctl here btw
