My girlfriend had a similar issue on her Framework Laptop 16. The issue is fixed by disabling DISPLAY_PANEL_REPLAY. So dcdebugmask=0x400 is enough. Disabling PSR as well is overkill and according to AMD people (if I interpreted stuff I read correctly) would lead to increased power usage.
