Slow Ethernet after Windows 11 24H2 update

Recently I updated my one year old FW13 7840U from Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2 with a complete reinstall.
That included installing the driver package Framework_Laptop_13_and_16_AMD_Ryzen_7040_driver_bundle_W11_2024_10_02
The laptop BIOS version is JFP30.03.05.

I’m often uploading and downloading large files to my Synology NAS via the plugin Ethernet module.
Before the 24H2 update I was consistently getting 100MB/s between my laptop and NAS, now its down to maximum of 24MB/s. Plugging the same cable into a different 24H2 laptop still gets 100MB/s.
I’ve also tried it with an Akasa USB-C hub which has a Realtek USB Gbe Family Controller ethernet port and that has the same problem.
I’ve also tried it with an ancient ASIX USB-A to Gigabit Ethernet Family Adaptor and that too maxes out at 24GB/s

So it’s looking to me like its some problem with the Windows install and I’ve been searching all over the web for advice without any luck, eg Redirecting

I’ve tried
Setting Speed & Duplex in the advanced tab of the device
ipconfig release-flush-renew
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
creating HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\WinHttp\TcpAutotuning=1
Nothing has helped.

I actually have 6 windows 11 devices, all of them recently updated to 24H2 and none of the others have this problem

I’m posting here just on the off chance that someone has seen something like this and has any other suggestions.

Thanks in advance for any help
