I have an open support ticket for an issue I am facing with my Framework 13 Ryzen system not booting. It was suggested that I open up the chassis, press the intrusion lever a number of times and then press the mainboard switch directly to boot the machine. I am new and unfamiliar with where the mainboard switch is, though. Can someone send me a screenshot or somehow point me towards the switch?

That is the power button not the chassis switch. The chassis switch is labelled SW3 and is in the top middle of the mainboard, maybe 12cm to the left of that.
@Stephanos, for my brother and I, SW4 is in the middle, under a cover, whereas SW3 is on the bottom right. Consequently, what did you acquire that information from?
@Mats, do you recall exactly what? If so, do you possess a photograph?

The buttons and switches on all Framework 13 systems are in the same location.
This is to make it compatible with our chassis and the Coolermaster standalone case or your own 3D-printed case.
Of course the normal laptop chassis doesn’t use the mainboard power button, only the coolermaster case does.
The button (SW1) in your picture is the power button. It acts the same way as the fingerprint reader power button above the keyboard.
What support is telling you to do, is to press down on the chassis intrusion switch, which is between CPU cooler and RAM slots, at the top.

The picture shows SW3, the “chassis open” button (sorry if the name is wrong). That may be confusing to people who do not look closely.
Not a typo, but I was in unclear. I was referring to the previously posted picture showing SW1.
My picture does show SW3.
