hi! I’ve been using my framework 16 Ryzen™ 7 7840HS and it just.. bricked itself? I don’t know how to diagnose the issue but I’ve tried every power port, tried other chargers of other devices. I removed and reinstalled the battery, I don’t know what else to try? It was charging and under regular use when it suddenly shut down. There’s no light, absolutely no sign of life.
any tips? Or should I just send it off ASAP? I really need to use this laptop for work
Btw I am posting here since this happened on a weekend and I’m hoping to get any indication of what might be wrong in time so I can order any replacements swiftly. Already contacted support.
It… worked again? Out of nowhere the laptop booted up again as if nothing happened. Fully charged. Idk what I didn but we’re back baby! I’ll report back if anything happens
