I’m rocking the second batch FW13, so all aluminum except the bezel. My two big complaints have been the screen reflectivity and the touchpad so I’ll be replacing both with the new Pro options. But… I’m worried having a black input cover will look out of place with the aluminum body, or the aluminum cover won’t look great with the black/orange keyboard vibe. Anyone mix it up like this? I’d love to see pictures.

man these are the hard decisions. I already have two different keyboards. I know the goal is to reduce e-waste but I’ve never had so much fun replacing functional components before.
you and me both… cant wait for the kit to come out. ( i am assuming coming soon and register interst means the former is about to be launched )
