Trackpad sometimes stops responding after waking from sleep

Hey Everyone,

Loving my Framework 12 so far, but I’ve run into a small issue every now and then, after waking the laptop from sleep, the trackpad becomes unresponsive for about 5–10 seconds. Sometimes it doesn’t respond at all until I close the lid and reopen it again.

I’m running Fedora 40, fully updated, and haven’t made any major system tweaks. Everything else works great.

Could it be firmware-related or something to do with the suspend settings?

Why are you using Fedora 40? The current version is 42. It’s not unlikely that the problem is already fixed in the new version.
