Hey, I’m on Framework 13 AMD. Is there a dock that will work with three 4k60 monitors? I would like to have one cable for everything and avoid an eGPU. It’s very unclear to me what the USB4 standards actually allows and whether this is possible or not.
There is a section for triple/quad display docks on the greatest thunderbolt 4 dock list ever made. For example, the Anker 778 (among others) in that list claims to support four 4k60hz displays. I can’t personally vouch for any of them because I only have one monitor.
(note that on the framework laptop, I think you have to disable the laptop screen if you want to display on 4 monitors because IIRC the framework laptop only supports 4 displays total.)
