Unable to setup secure boot Framework 12 with Manjaro and sbctl

Which Linux distro are you using? Manjaro GNOME

Which kernel are you using? 6.12

Which BIOS version are you using? 3.18

Which Framework Laptop 12 model are you using? (13th Gen Intel® Core™)

I’ve tried like over 20 times to try to use secure boot on the Framework 12, but every time I enroll keys, reboot to BIOS, and enable secure boot, it then doesn’t boot the OS because its “prohibited by secure boot policy”. I make sure to clear secure boot to put the system into setup mode, use sbctl to enroll keys with sudo sbctl enroll-keys -m -f, sign the efi files, then reboot back into the BIOS to enable secure boot again. After enabling, I get the behavior previously mentioned.

Right now, I’ve given up on enabling secure boot for a while, but it would be nice to have. I didn’t have an issue enabling secure boot on my Framework Laptop 13, with Ryzen 7040 mainboard.
