This isn’t a post about some idea, but I just found a strange artifact of the manufacturing process of my old USB type A expansion card. It seems to lower costs, they use the same cover plate for the HDMI cards as they do for these. Here’s an image showing the funny little detail (oversaturated so you can see the faint text).
