I have had trusty pair of Jabra Evole 30 II for many years and they work well on all Dell Laptops previous to this FW16. Now I plugin to USB-A port through expansion card (in top ports left or right) and causes the video to fereeze in any platform PLUS the microphone stops working.
Any reasons for this and what can I do to get me up and running again?
