USB-C Speeds on FW-13" AMD AI-300 Versions

Is there USB-4 speed when using the USB-C modules on the new 13" Framework AMD AI-300 series?

I’m looking at ordering a 13", and some basic information like this doesn’t seem easy to find.

The rear ports are USB4 40 Gbps, while the front ports are USB 3.2 spec. This is close to the maximum I/O that the AI 300 series offers.
