I need a power bank but at this time I dont have the money for an expensive one. Assuming its best to go with one that at least supports up to 100W. I know theirs Anker laptop power banks but isn’t that 120 USD even on amazon?
What about INIU Power Bank, 25000mAh 100W? UGREEN power banks?
Plus, what about one that comes with a usb c power cord in order to charge it first?
You don’t need 100w. You only need PD (powerdelivery) protocol support (however - charge is going to be slow).
I have some Anker powercore 20000mah. I think it does like 18-20w. If I’m not doing anything too intensive, it will keep my laptop charged at 100%. If I put it under a bit of load (my work does not require too much power tho) - laptop will start discharging, but slowly. It basically doubles my laptop’s battery life as my laptop usually does not die before the powerbank. If you decide to play video games, yeah, it may not be able to charge fast enough and laptop’s battery will die before powerbank runs out.
I also most commonly use it to charge the laptop overnight (for that - 100w is definitely not required).
I found the powerbank couple years ago for like 30€, bought 4 of them. I don’t think I can carry all of them on a plane tho.
Best brands - reputable ones: anker, aukey, ugreen. I have some polish 10000mah powerbank, can’t even fully charge 4000mah phone battery (while using it, maybe it would if the phone was off).
