What's the response SLA from escalation team at this moment?

Hi,
I’ve contacted support regarding the Laptop I recently purchased, the Tier 1 support is responsive, however, it has been 4 days since they told me it is escalated to RMA and still did not hear anything back. Is this normal?

There is currently a backlog with the RMA team. If the 4 days includes the weekend, then they should respond to you soon.
