Return the laptop

I am trying to return the laptop there is no one responding to my requests for the instructions to send the laptop. How long do we need to wait?

Support typically responds within one business day. When did you submit your request?

2 days ago. They said it is escalated. After that no response.

I wonder how long you have had the laptop and is it a return within 14 days or a repair job.

Either way once you have the first acknowledgement you are safe in terms of being able to return at no cost etc. but maybe another day does happen if framework are loaded with support queries.
