I have requested my invoice to “TALK” to tech support for 3 months now. I have multiple bad modules that need to be replaced and since THEY cant find my account, order, etc. I can’t get replacement parts that are still under 1 year purchase warranty.
CAN ANY BODY AT FRAMEWORK FIND MY ACCOUNT, ORDER or WHATEVER TO GET TECH SUPPORT RMA ME SOME PARTS PLEASE.
Note: This is a community forum. So only other users, like me, here mainly. It is not a method to get support from FW.
Why don’t you try logging into the FW web site, using the username/password that you used to purchase the laptop in the first place.
Your order number will be there.
You can go into account settings, and see your email address.
If you email support from that email address, they can sort everything out.
Did you order the FW from the web site, or did you purchase it second hand?
FW support warranty whether you brought it direct from them or brought it second hand.
If you brought it direct from FW, all you need is the email address you used.
If you brought it second hand, try to ask the person you brought it from for the email address they used, or ask them for the Order number.
But if you cannot remember the email address you used, its going to be very very difficult for FW to find it.
There is a “forgotten password” page.
You can try all the different email addresses you might have used until one works.
