Are the colors of the USB-A, Ethernet, SD Card, etc., expansion cards going to be the same as the specific Framework Laptop that you choose, like the USB-C, or is it just the aluminum variant (s)?
I believe they said in the live presentation that there would be; it may be that they just aren’t available yet. You might go watch the presentation to verify it. All the different colors will mean quite the inventory unless they are just stickered of something as they put the orders together.

Currently they’re all aluminium. There was some discussions about maybe having the USB A modules in matching colours, but I don’t think they’d have all modules in all colours. That would be inventory hell.
I’m getting my Framework 12 with all aluminium modules so I can swap them with my other Framework laptop without creating even more colour mess and so they at least have a consistent colour.
