Windows can't connect to home Wi-Fi on alternating boots

Heyo! This is a weird one. I’m using Windows 11 Pro 24H2 build 26100.6584 (up to date as of writing), the latest driver package, BIOS v3.04 with all defaults except changing pen mode to USI. For reference I have turned off Fast Boot in Windows.

After rebooting or powering off and turning it back on within a short period of time (5-10 minutes), my laptop will refuse to connect to my home Wi-Fi network giving the error “Can’t connect to this network”. After power cycling either way again, it works with no issues, and it also works after being powered off for a longer period. It always does show up in the available network list though.

So for example, I turned it on after it sitting overnight, and it connected. After rebooting, it no longer connects, giving the above error. After rebooting again, it works. This is infinitely reproducible.

This only seems to occur on my home Wi-Fi network, as my phone’s hotspot does not have this issue (it’s the only other one I tested with); Ethernet via a USB-C to Ethernet adapter is also unaffected.
I have tried reinstalling Windows, resetting network (i.e. the option in Settings), rebooting my router, forgetting the network, adding it manually, and none of this has worked.

No other devices have any issues with my home network, but due to the fact that it works successively when it stays off for longer I suspect it may be software.

An update: I think the issue is because my home network uses a Mesh to get full coverage through the house. Occasionally, very rarely, it will connect after a reboot but with a much worse signal strength, presumably to a further AP. In spite of updating to the new drivers from the v1.01 driver bundle, the issue persists. I think there isn’t much more I can do on my end at this time, hopefully a Windows / driver update will solve it at some point in the future.
