Intermittent internet connectivity loss

I just received my Framework DIY machine yesterday and installed all the components and installed Windows 11. Most of the time things were fine, but sometimes I would try to use a browser and it was saying no internet connection, but I could see I was connected to my home wifi. In another instance, I was hardwired into the network, it was showing I was connected, but no internet. Each time I did this, if I rebooted, it would work again (and the wifi was really fast). I am using the Wi-Fi 6E AX210 card. Any ideas of what might be causing this? I have been installing/updating a lot of things as I have been going along, but this keeps happening, intermittently. Thanks for any guidance.

Hi @Brian_Murray. May we ask if you have installed the latest BIOS 3.07 and drivers? Try updating the BIOS and drivers to see if that fixes the issue. You can download it through this link: Framework Laptop BIOS and Driver Releases

If this continues to be an issue for you, I would recommend submitting a ticket to our support team here: Framework | Support so they can ensure your laptop is performing as intended!

Thank you and stay safe!

Thanks for the quick reply. I had installed the latest BIOs and drivers. However, since the moment I posted this, I haven’t had any issues and I have used it for hours since then and shut off, restarted, etc. multiple times. So I am just chalking it up to wonkiness of me installing/uninstalling a lot of stuff… If it comes back, I will revisit. Thanks.
