Is there anything special about the Windows Pro licence with the DIY edition? My goal is to have the host running (Ubuntu) Linux with Windows Pro in a VM. Is that possible, or will the licence complain about not being tied to the hardware?
The Windows 10 Home and Pro options for the Framework Laptop DIY Edition are the regular retail version of Windows 10, so there should be no issue with moving it to other hardware or into a VM.
