I bought a framework desktop mainboard Max+ 395 - 128GB and a K66 lite case from sgpc (8.4L) and a corsair sf750 2024 modular psu. I assembled everything and hit the power button but I could not see anything on the screen. I took out the ssd and the wifi card and just hooked up the Cooler Master - Mobius 120p ARGB fan and the cpu and main power cable. I also hooked up my case’s power switch (it only has 2 pins, so I connected them to the pwsw and left the rest of the pins exposed). When I am turning it on it is giving me this blink pattern in the video below, the cpu fan is not spinning at all and I can’t see anything on the monitor and the keyboard is not on. This is my first pc to assemble so I am lost and would appreciate your guys’ help. Thanks.
I also noticed that when I turn on the computer, led 2 which is near the cpu connector briefly flashes once, is it supposed to be on the whole time just like led 1 (led 1 indicates ac power), whats the default?
Update: Based on these 2 posts it looks like led 2 should be on the whole time, is my motherboard cooked 
? It is a batch 15 mainboard
can anyone please confirm if the led 2 is supposed to be on or just blink? this is really frustrating, I have been waiting for the product forever and I just set it up and its dead, with no manuals explaining anything
