For Win11 FW13 AMD, how to lower screen brightness than minimum

I would like this on Windows 11 on FW16 as well.

It does seem to be resolved in Linux for both FW13 and Framework 16, but requires custom patching. See [SOLVED] Even lower screen brightness? and [SHOWCASE / RFC] Patched kernel to run internal display at lower minimum brightness. Some users are hoping to submit the Linux patch into official 6.14 kernel so it would be available to everyone.

In Windows on the Framework 16, this commenter found AMD Adrenaline can help a little with screen brightness. Doesn’t actually affect brightness, but preferable to 3rd party software at least some of the time:

They also found that patch is driving the monitor panels out of spec; so perhaps Framework will never make it officially available, as they probably don’t want to drive the panels out of spec without a lot of testing that probably isn’t worth it considering how relatively few people seem to be asking for it in the forum.

Then again, if it does get into Linux kernel 6.14, and suddenly every FW Linux user has it, that would constitute a lot of testing. And then maybe Framework would be more willing to add it for us in Windows, too.
