The official solution that would be guaranteed to work would be to buy the Chromebook motherboard and maybe change some other components as well (information about what else might need to be changed is here, afaik that knowledge base documentation never got posted).
Trying to do it on your existing hardware without ChomeOS Flex may be a bit tricky. @Shiroudan mentioned the way to try to do that.
