Is anyone else seeing ongoing delays to their Batch 1 5070 order (shipping to the UK if it makes any difference)? This is on the upgrade module as opposed to a new FW16 with the module bundled.
For context my current journey:
Pre-ordered 26/08/2025
Preparation email 17/11/2025
Shipping delay email 25/11/2025
Balance taken 04/12/2025
Email stating that the order would be with the warehouse for shipping within 1-3 working days 04/12/2025
I opened a support request for some tracking information 11/12/2025
Received an email saying that it was packaged and ready to ship 12/12/2025
Ticket closed with no tracking info 13/12/2025
Ticket reopened 15/12/2025
Email received saying there will be an update in 2 business days 17/12/2025
@nrp@Destroya So, it has been 13 days from payment to the current state of nothing, and no tracking. Is this normal? Iām just worried that my package (and Ā£700) has gone missing.
I think it was likely an international shipping issue. I was in the second batch, with the remaining payment charged on December 14 and the goods received on December 16. The shipment originated from Taoyuan, Taiwan, and the delivery address was also Taoyuan, Taiwan. However, the order status on the official website is still stuck at āPre-Order Confirmed.
As an update to this, I finally got a tracking numberā¦however, according to FedEx, the package has been classified as a returned item, so FedEx want me to send them the original export documents and agree that I wonāt be able to send the item back etc., before they can release anything. Obviously itās not a return, so I donāt have any āoriginalā documents so at the moment Iām stuck and Iāve only got 3 days before they send the package back.
