dGPU ordered as part of batch 1. Just received the following:

Framework pre-order shipping delay

Due to unforeseen supply chain constraints, we’re experiencing a delay in fulfilling some pre-orders within the original estimated delivery timeline. We’re actively working with our suppliers to resolve this. Your pre-order is now expected to ship in the week commencing December 8th.

Me! Italy, ordered the day they opened the 5070 module orders

Could be related to this.

The gist is that people are getting their 5070 with a sticker that says it’s a 7700S, but only the sticker is wrong

Same here, UK. I ordered the second the pre-orders opened, along with the 240 Watt power supply. Power supply is in the post for delivery on Friday, GPU is delayed.

Hmmm, I can only surmise, based on the little feedback provided in this thread, that their supply chain / availability issues are related to all non-USA shipments. I am in Canada.

I got my RTX 5070 on Monday (but as noted in the linked thread, the label on it says Radeon 7700S) and the 240w power brick today, but I did get a notification that my Ryzen AI 300 motherboard has been delayed.

So, I think the delay is unrelated to the label issue.
