This is my first time doing a pre-release, I saw other batches were doing this, and I wanted to chip in! I don’t know how this works, or when will have it shipped kind of the reason I set this up, I would really love some more information on our computers!

Me too!! It’s been a long time coming, my first post was asking if they would have a laptop with a GPU! Then when that came, my laptop was still working, so I was like I’ll wait till the first refresh! I am so excited for this and really need it as my old laptop has decided to not properly function anymore!

I’d would love to have some updates on the batch processing… it’s a little nerve raking not knowing when it’l be shipped, considering my current laptop is dying and I really depend on it for work

I know right? Now that it’s December I’ve been checking back every day. This is the first “nice” laptop I’ve ever gotten, maxed out the configuration. Can’t wait! Pleaaaaaase update us on the shipping time if you’re reading this :3

me neither. my old laptop is starting to have power issues too so it’ll be such perfect timing. I really really hope it’ll get here before Christmas

Looks like things are running a bit late now… Probably not a huge chance we get ours in December unless they plan to ship multiple batches together, or something. Not a huge deal though slightly disappointed, would’ve loved to start my next quarter’s classes with it.

I know. I am just hoping that somehow magic will happen and they will catch up, but I am okay with it being a little late if they get All the errors they are having in the first batches straitened out!

Anybody knows where are they shipping from? What about duty taxes?

I messaged the support some time ago and they said the whole price included duty tax from their UPS shipping processes. It is basically paid.
But then again, I’m ordering from EU.
I am not sure if it’s a bit different for other countries..

They responded on Twitter saying the batches aren’t running late. I think this means 6 is shipping soon. I heard from others that it only took a few days. There’s still a chance it’ll be before Christmas!
Yep they said they were taking batch 3-5 payments/notifications through Dec18 so hopefully we see emails in the next few days.

I’ll post here as soon as I get my confirmation as well! Something tells me it’ll happen next week. Or maybe that’s just me hoping really really really hard.

I just got mine as well! Preparing batch, charged in 3-18 days, and the order will be shipped 1-3 days after payment. Looks like it’ll be before Christmas for most of us! Maxed the configuration. 2x96gb RAM
