Adjust left and right click area of touchpad?

This is probably a long shot, Is there a way to adjust the percentage of the touchpad area used for left and right clicks? The way I use my laptop I think I’m left clicking, but it registers as a right click. This is because I’m too used to the right click only being in the rightmost 25%, and being able to use the left 75% for left clicking.

I’m using Windows 10.

I think it might be fully-determined at the mechanical level unfortunately. Would love to see a reply to be proven wrong

I too am interested to know if the area can be adjusted. I find that the right-click area is way too small for me and I have to be very accurate right in the very corner of the pad for it to count. I’d like somewhere a little larger if possible.
