AMD FW13 w/Intel WiFi?

I have an Intel AX211 AX210 chip lying around; is there any reason it wouldn’t work on the AMD FW13? As far as I understand it should work as long as there isn’t a BIOS hardware denylist (HP cough cough), and the OS has the appropriate drivers.

I realize it already ships with an AMD branded WiFi chipset but I think I prefer Intel’s driver support on linux.

I believe the cards ending in -1 use the Intel proprietary “CNVio2” interface, and will not work on AMD boards.

If you had an AX210 or another card ending in -0, it would work.

Thanks I didn’t know that was a thing. Just busted out my drawer of spare parts and luckily I was mistaken and have an AX210.
