Anyone able to confirm USB4 ports can deliver USB4 speeds?

Can anyone confirm at least USB 3.2 x2 speeds (10gbps) but really close to USB4 (40gbps) from the rear USB4 be it direct to device or thru a Hub? Emphasis on the rear port as I read the front isn’t real/full USB4 but happy to stand corrected if that’s wrong.

Variation of this question: not just this Framework Desktop mainboard but from any AMD AI Max+ 395 system?

The front ports are 10Gbps USB 3.2x2

no video support on those ports.

Think of them like the front panel USBc connection from a standard motherboard, except you get two of them. cause that’s what they are.

The two rear USB-c ports are full USB4 with video support.
