Like using the me cleaner to disable intel me as much as possible on the intel 13 inch framework laptop.
If so, how would I do it and does it work with corna’s instructions?

Let me know if you get anywhere. As far as I’ve heard, it’s somewhere between difficult and impossible to disable any ME functionality these days. They should really be in jail these people.

That’s not what I meant. 
Although, psp supposedly doesn’t have network stack like most people thought according to someone who reverse engineered an amd psp on github.
