Then they shall provide more forecasts on upgrades. Ppl buy their products because they can be upgraded, why not be more transparent? They will be more successful if they think differently on marketing.
The computer industry is far more complicated than most customers can understand. You may see them being tight lipped about upcoming products as them not being transparent, but in reality, this is them protecting themselves as much as it is in protecting the customer.
In the computer industry it always better to count your chickens AFTER they have hatched.

Arrow Lake doesn’t have MOP. The computer industry isn’t complicated at all if you know how they build electronics stuff in East Asia.
Little nitpick, you are thinking of lunar lake. OP was talking about Arrow Lake. I don’t believe Arrow Lake has on die RAM.
You’ve gotten your answer. Namely, nobody is going to be able to provide an answer. I’d guess they are sitting this gen out since previous generations were announced in May/June to be shipped Aug/Sept for back to school. FW is already shipping the Desktop and FW12. So they have a quite bit launching already. If you need Core Ultra 2 right now, look elsewhere.
Nah, I haven’t got the answer. FW will be able to provide the answer. That’s why I’m simply asking when.
You are missing my point, but when you have built your own laptop, and all that this requires, and have been able to do it at scale and for an international marketspace, and have done this without going to jail or been bankrupted by various governments around the world with fines and legal battles, I will believe what you are saying here.
This is a community based around Framework products. You are not talking directly to Framework here. If you would like to do this, please take your question and write customer support.

Yes, you have. FW will not tell you when the next product release will be on this forum. It will be an announcement and the date will be communicated ahead of time to everyone. Find every thread where someone has asked a similar question and you’ll see the zero responses from Framework staff.

It has been asked, repeatedly. The lack of response is the same. You have a mod telling you the same thing. I don’t know what more you want here. You aren’t going to get an answer. Feel free to message support if you want an official response telling you the same thing you’ve been told already.

Slow down. No one is saying your question is wrong or bad. We are simply telling you that if you want an official answer from a Framework employee, this is not the avenue to get there. Customer support is.

If you meant to imply that arrow lake would be some sort of policy shift regarding questions about future product launches…why would that be any different?
I’m not trying to be hostile. I just don’t understand what else you want here. You asked a question. An answer was given based upon previous Framework attitudes. I even gave a historical justification of why you shouldn’t expect another launch.
How did you know there’s no answers if no one asked? As simple as that. Don’t you get the logic?
