I’m willing to bet your resolution is similar to mine, need a Mobo replacement.

I have been ignored by support and then had to open another case so they would respond. I have reinstalled Windows multiple times and done everything that support has asked. FW16 now will not even get past a certain point of the Windows reinstall without crashing. At this point I am so fed up and want my money back.
My 16 did essentially same thing. In trying to “reset” 10 times the reset module came off the board. Uh huh. Do I have ordered a new board. This known issue is crappy and I cannot recommend the 16 to anyone. I first got a 13 and love it. But having to buy new board for another $950 after spending $2300 is very disappointing. I initially was recommending framework to every one. Niw I’m telling them no. Don’t get one.
