I only ever got the āWeāre preparing your batchā email in December. Customer support is not able to tell me anything. Luckily I donāt need this in a hurry.

Hi all, Anyone in uk with batch 18 desktop Motherboard shipped yet? mine is stuck in customs without documentation, raised with FW customer service hopefully it wont take long for them to sort???
I bought the exact same! Itās probably worth annoying support a bit more.
Annoying support did the trick and in less that 24hr it was shipped.
