I’m glad I jumped from Batch 11 to Batch 14 as I can now add the handle to my config without ordering it separately.

Batch 14 as well, though I only have mainboard ordered. I initially pre-ordered the whole unit back at the beginning of August and was in Batch 12 but then decided to only get the board and cancelled that order earlier this month.
Really hoping batches 12, 13 and 14 will get the emails together this week.

Once we transition to in-stock availability, orders for these configurations will ship out within a few days of being placed. We’re about halfway through pre-orders for the Framework Desktop Max+ 395 - 128GB configuration, and we’re continuing to move quickly to process and ship each of those as well.

I was actually disappointed when I read that because I have 128GB config. I was hoping to get the prep email soon considering how relatively fast the batches were moving, but I guess it’s likely going to be the end of October when we get our stuff.
Yeah, looks like batch 13 64GB got there’s too
End of Oct is better than end Dec which is when I initially thought I see mine ship. We’ll know more in time

I’m on the 32GB configuration, which probably explains the speed, but it’s even earlier than I expected. Very excited tho!
Now to explore loading a linux booter to a thumb-drive for the first time ever. Many firsts here, for me

I’ve suggested this elsewhere, but I stuck Ventoy on a 64 or 128gb flash drive a couple of years ago and now I just stick whatever iso I might want to use onto that flash drive and I’m good to go.
Most of the isos there only get used once, but it means that once I’ve got the iso once it’s there and ready to be used again in an emergency

I pre-ordered the 64GB motherboard alone.
I don’t understand Framework’s policy because I haven’t received any preparation email or credit card debit notification.
The website states that pre-orders for this item are closed and that new orders will ship within five business days.
If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll cancel my pre-order. I might place a direct order later to ensure delivery within five days and perhaps with more accurate order tracking.
