Did someone got his order from the pre-order batch 18 or at least an email? I ordered in 9 jan and so far I got nothin.

Did someone know if Batch17 is send/finish?
I spoke with customer support like a few days ago and they said they started shipping batch 18? Or they are preparing. I cant recall 100%. But we should’ve got an email or smth?
I ordered motherboard from batch 18.
1st of July I recieved info, that batch is prepared and I will be charged from 3 to 18 days. Nothing happened yet, I hope that its just a delay…

Update1: After I sent them an email asking about the pre-order status, I got a payment link back.
Now, something weird happened –> the price of the pre-order was with ~600EUR bigger (I ordered 2 strix halos). So I’m waiting for a response from their part.
Update2: They adjusted the price (did the right thing as a pre-order is a pre-order - so for sure I’m going to be a long term customer for future projects).

Spoke w them about a week ago. They said they ran out of stock and they will be resupplying at around mid feb.
Im personally disappointed in the way they handle customer support.
Weirdly enough, there are quite a few people working for framework and im negatively impressed by the way theyhandle discussions here too lol

Btw when I ordered mine just a day ago, “pre-order” wasn’t mentioned = could mean they resupplied already. 
Framework team, guys, you still have the “ship january” stuff. Crazy stuff. I wonder how are they thinking people/potential customers will see them after stuff like this. Heck, I have an agency myself, I am building businesses, but the guy that handles the store should seriously step up and do its work properly.

From what I felt, Framework seems to prioritize the “grouped packages” kinda stuff.
That (I also was interested in the case design) made me stick with the full DIY desktop option.
Still not that good for people who’d want to use another case, gotta agree.
I grabbed the full DIY setup at first, but after reading the PSU threads, I realized the noise and coil whine would drive me crazy, so I decided to switch to the mainboard only.
I sent the DIY kit back (which was cheaper back then) hoping the mobo would ship right away… I was wrong. Now I’m starting to worry and thinking I should have just kept the DIY kit. Back then, the whole kit cost about the same as just the board does now.
Fingers crossed they start shipping Batch 18 soon.
