There should be a timeline on the website to know when we can expect.

But there is no information what so ever, even if you ask via support ticket.

Hi everyone, I’ve started a thread where we can track the shipment of batches as a community, since Framework hasn’t given us any new information. I don’t think anyone beyond batch 2 has received any notifications or been charged yet, but I wanted to post it here.

Same here, I just got the same email.

I’m worried that I might not get it before Christmas (delivery in Romania), since it says “3-18 days” for charging the rest of the amount on my card, after which another “1-3 days“ for shipping, but we’ll see how it goes.

Hi ! Do you live in France and have you been charged yet ? I wanted to know if the payment process is regional or random. I live in France and my Batch 3 pre-order haven’t been charged yet. We are still in the 18 days windows from the mail but later batches have already been shipped and it worries me.
