BIOS Recommendation: resume/detect new USB devices on USB PD connection

This is a feature request for BIOS.

There is currently a boot on power connected option in BIOS. I’ve not tested, but prosumably this also wakes machine up from Hibination when power is connected.

Could there also be another option with the same trigger of power being connected, that trigger wake from suspend, or just triggers detection of new USB devices.

There is actually something in the USB4 driver in Linux that may be able to do this (it can be configured as wake on connect).
