I run Windows Insider builds on the dev channel. Current build 26120.2510.
Updating to the latest Display driver (in subject) results in a black screen on reboot. I had to revert with a windows restore point. Flagging so somebody at Framework can investigate with AMD.
Let me know if there are any logs I should provide.
I saw a similar issue on my Framework 13 7840U machine. On boot I could hear the startup sound, but the screen stayed black with the backlight illuminated. After a few reboots I got it to boot without the driver and then rolled it back in device manager. Another reboot and it seems to be fine so far.
I originally reinstalled the drivers from the website, but then Windows Update pushed the bad driver again. Using the rollback option seems to have stuck so far.
