Bluetooth device not enumerated on Framework Laptop 13 after kernel update

Context

  • AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon™ 890M × 24
  • Framework Laptop 13 AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series
  • Ubuntu 25.10

Issue

  • After upgrading from kernel 6.17.0-8 to 6.17.0-12 bluetooth are not being listed
  • I found this related issue on Ubuntu launchpad
  • I was able to fix the issue by following the session Full Power Off Reset of Ubuntu Bluetooth Troubleshooting (tested with 6.17.0-8 and 6.17.0-12 and worked on both kernels after the full power reset)
