Bluetooth worked perfectly on my Dell XPS 2-in-1 notebook installed with Fedora 37. After Kernel upgrade it stopped working. Upgrading to Fedora 38 did not resolved bluetooth connectivity. None of the online recommended processes to pair devices manually works.
Running from the user prompt the command: bluetoothctl and thereafter from the the [bluetooth] prompt the show command displays:
