My bad. Stupid mistake.
Actually my bad for not being clear, sorry! I’ll check with support if this is covered by warranty (it shouldn’t come off just because I opened the latch…). In fact, if they offer to replace the motherboard I’ll offer to pay the difference to get a new Ryzen AI processor (since actually my plan is to use this machine to play with AI models locally anyway, not a huge PC gamer). And TheLPeink has a great point about resell value, I might get a new board just because of that, if warranty covers it.
