Can not boot after selecting "Load Optimal Defaults" in bios

Hello, I can not boot my framework laptop 13 after selecting the “Load Optimal Defaults” in the bios.
When I get to the boot menu, it says no default device. If I select my SSD or an external flash drive to boot from, I get placed back on the main menu.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have a 11th Gen i7-1165G7.

SOLVED: All I needed to do what disable secure boot in the boot settings in the BIOS.
