No response to support request for over a month?

Hi,

I submitted a ticket via Framework’s support ticket form on October 8th, and got a automated response saying I would get a response soon:

Thanks for reaching out. Unless you clicked “Yes, close my request” on one of our suggested articles, a member of the Framework Support team will be with you as soon as possible. Responses outside of weekdays and working hours in the US may be delayed. If there are any photos, videos, or screenshots that would help us resolve the issue, please reply with them attached.

No response came, so I replied to that email inquiring about it on November 3rd, to which I’ve still not received a response.

Is this normal for Framework support? Is the form broken, or there some problem with the email system?

I know that when I reached out to support a while back, I did get a response around a week later, along with an apology for the late reply due to a large support volume. I’d definitely not expect to still be waiting a month later, you may want to fill out the support form again?
