Im sorry if it’s in the wrong topic but I got my card declined twice after paying it. Im in Paris so i don’t think it’s an unsupported location and I don’t see no order confirmation either on my account or in my bank app. I’d like to know what I can do about it so I can finally purchase this beauty. It seems like you should talk to the issuer of your card; there’s not likely anything that Framework or anyone in the community can do to help you.

It could be the card issuer or it could be framework, there isn’t enough detail in the post to know for sure. Either way, the forum isn’t the right place to discuss this. @Rapello_Julien contact support and your bank
