Cooler Master suspend issues

I just set up a 12th gen in the Cooler Master case with a Dell USB-C monitor. I am running into an odd issue when the computer goes to sleep…which is that I cannot wake it up. I have the computer being powered via USB-PD from the monitor, and the monitor is set to provide power even when turned off. I also have standalone mode turned on in the BIOS.

I first thought the computer itself was not waking up (tried moving the mouse, hitting space bar, and the power button on the computer) because the screen never turned back on. But then I tried powering the computer separately from the monitor using a battery bank that shows power draw, and I can see the computer is going from ~5w to 20 as soon as I move the mouse, hit space bar, or press the power button on the computer, but the monitor does not turn on. Powering off the monitor and turning it back on with its power button brings it back though. Any ideas what the issue could be?

P.S. This is reproducible with two different Dell USB-C monitors that are different models…and both worked fine with two other Framework laptops too.
